★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever! Bought a laptop, took it for repair after 2 years possibly because OS crashed, the person named Imroz who repairs said hard disk need to be replaced. When asked more details he was very rude and vile. Didn't expect such unprofessional, trashy behaviour from HP like company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had worst experience. The guy in the shop has no ethics , he doesn't even know how to treat his customers. He charged me extra amount. It's better to go to a local dealer & have your query resolved.
And please confirm first that this is authorised HP service centre or not... Because I am also not sure about that.
