★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dell Laptop Repair - Can't fix the minor problems like replacing of power button or fixing loose ribbon connection and give me advice to buy new one instead of repair but charge me full money without doing anything. Another service provider fixed it in 20 mins.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel humiliated by visiting their store tomorrow. The staff is very stubborn and uncooperative. Not even showing any refined interest on my demand. Like they think buying my laptop during the festive season is some kind of joke or prank. I ask about the specific model that is available on the hp.com website, but the staff said they can only sell me the model available at their shop. I ask him to reach there company to ask for that model but he refuses. So how is this model different from the other model I am asking. He said I should google about it and read it myself which I do because I need a laptop and I think from my past experience with companies like Lenovo, Dell and Acer. This time I give you a chance to believe in Hewlett-Packard's 82 years in the IT sector. Then comes the price I asked for. He said he didn't know either and that I should come again tomorrow to ask for the laptop price. He is also hesitant to give me his business card on my request. Finally I came home and decided to buy Xiaomi Notebook Pro.
