★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service. DON'T buy anything from them. Once you bought anything from them, they are very rude and don't even listen to your request. Persons at the store behave as if you have committed any crime by buying a laptop from them. Today i went to their store to ask some queries related to a laptop i purchased from them and enquire about a new model, sales person(parveen) was very rude, said there are other 5 HP stores in the market, go to them. Their owner is not picking the phone. I am trying to contact the HP official to complain about this GK enterprises. @HP these guys are causing you alot of damage

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience...I have bought new hp laptop worth ₹90k and it was faulty which I get it replaced after so much fight but the replaced model is also faulty....worst outlet...worst brand HP.....dont ever buy anything from here.

Owner of the store is very rude and don’t know how to talk/deal with the customer ?? and similarly he has trained his sales executives !!!
After my visit to this HP World store…..decided not to buy HP laptop !!!
Strongly recommend not to buy anything from this store ??

I bought an hp aio pc from there and i got an additional ups with an estimated price of 400/-.
Altough they checked the computer in front of me but they didn't show me the ups. When i reached home, i opened the ups box and the ups was cracked from outside but the box was intact.
When i went to their showroom on the next day for replacement, they gave me an excuse by saying that i have to inform them before coming in to their showroom. They refused my replacement which was very dissapointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stores like these tarnish the image of one of the most reputable brands HP. The prices for all the products was very high and upon being politely asked the reason for the same, the stores employees reaction was "if you can find cheaper items elsewhere then you should go there and not come here". They opened my laptop to check if they had the necessary parts to repair it. Then didn't even close it properly. Horrible attitude towards customers.
