★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazingly rude manager!!! I called to ask for a new adapter / charger for my HP laptop. This person was SO RUDE - refused to even understand what I wanted, and just said "bring your laptop and come here". I said I can give him the Model No, Sr No, Part No etc.... but he said I don't have me for all this. If you want the adapter, come here otherwise go wherever you want. I asked for the name of the shop owner but he refused to share it, and hung up with a rude comment. Why hire people like this who just want to drive Customers away, so that they do not get disturbed????

This hp centre is overall big having enough options of laptop ..go for it if you are searching to buy any.

You can also get answers to your general queries regarding a product, but be mindful of the fact that no one in the shop would know about latest products.
