★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In my opinion don't buy a laptop rather than buying from here! The staff treats you like dogs and beggars and the products are having a very limited variety. And the ones which they have are very overpriced. Do me a favor and either buy online or search for another outlet. DON'T VISIT THIS WORTHLESS PIECE OF THING!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had bought HP HS04 OG battery from geonet Vashi extension.
It was faulty...I asked for a replacement..they replaced it ...then again that battery was faulty and then I asked for a replacement..this time I marked the battery...to my surprise..Everytime they ask me to wait for 1:30 hr and give me the same battery..they never open seal of a new battery..as I asked customer care they said replacement battery also comes sealed..but always give me an open battery without any box or seal ...I was suspicious and this time I understood what was going on..
I have replaced it three times and I still have warranty..but I am not going because it is a waste of time... Everytime they give me the same battery after telling that they have replaced it...I m tired of it now and even if I replace it they will again give me the same battery after their technician will verify and misbehave as he did earlier.
The Vashi extension had sold it to me for RS.4800 when the price on ho website was 3600 only which I came to know about later .
I still have the online mailed bill for the same .
But to no use ..took extra money and provided faulty battery and no replacement..so particularly disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely poor service.. after buying an HP laptop within a year I have nothing but regret costing thousands of rupees. The system has issues related with motherboard and many others and whenever I visit the place for complaining or asking about what's wrong with the lappy the person has no answer for that. Instead of giving proper advice they kept transferring the issue to handle with HP care at real tech and vis versa. Now the LED display is gone. Pathetic!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi. Took my HP printer to their store for repair. (As it was after warranty period.) they checked and recommend that i change the drum and some other part and charged around Inr2000/-. However it had the same issues when returned to me, had to visit them again and still after three days the same error while printing. Would not recommend HP Laserjet pro MW104 printer cost around 10000/- to 9000/- to anyone, especially to middle class people and also if you buy please take extended warranty. Hope i would have read other reviews before

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a ram from this store which cost about ₹4200 that's the exact mrp, same product is available online for ₹1,888. Also on the bill they haven't mentioned the name of the company of ram. I asked them for crusial ram of 4gb for my laptop but they gave me Kingston, which wasn't my 1st choice. How can someone except such things from big stores like this
