★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi- Today I had visited HP Store in VV Puram the shop Keeper/ Owner falsely recommended us to change the parts for a different problem, when I cross questioned he got irritated and went inside without answering us. Then I spoke with his service engineer who said the information given by his owner is not true. Guys be careful before you handover your electronic device to this shop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pathetic they are and very unprofessional. I have my laptop for checking if the service could be done as my screen had crack. They insisted my to leave my laptop with them for 2 days and when I got my laptop I got with this scratches on it and they say we can't do anything. Why should they take any responsibility if are incapable of fulfilling it. Very unprofessional. They should ensure to have it rectified whatever it cost them, but they are very pathetic
