β β β β β Even this rating is much higher, because negative rating is not allowed. I lost faith in HP customer care. Maybe you can buy laptops here but if you're trying to get your laptop repaired, think twice. Because I gave my laptop for repairing and the parts were taken from my laptop.
If you want to purchase the laptop, you can consider this place. But if you need servicing, then your laptop might be at risk. Because the shop where they get the laptop serviced will surely replaced your part or remove any part from it.
They declared my laptop as dead and when I noticed a part missing from my laptop, the staff there said "arrey kaun sa isko chalaiyega, ee banega hi nahi, mother board change hoga βΉ10000 me, ek baar bheje usko ki leke aao part... to ghum ke aaya nhi mila... Phir bolta hai, arrey aap bhi ek part ke liye itna pareshan kiye hain, uu banega thore hi... Phir hum khud gaye unke tagged repair shop me phir waha mujhe mil gaya wo part jisme ek circuit jaisa laga tha, wo usko nikal liya tha, shayad kisi aur laptop me use karta."
