Went to buy a printer and to seek some help instead came out with more confusion. The guy is telling me to look online to buy the product. Please don't waste your time going here. HP please make sure you sort this outlet out.

It made my day....
To summarise,
1. Answer to all the questions to my satisfaction, even made a video and shared to me for the usb c charging on my request
2. Competitive pricing, best to give unmatched deal with full clarity and no confusion
3. On the day of buying, complete smooth process from setting up the pc to providing all the stuffs all to the point as expected....
4. While generating bill, giving best advice for the running HP offers and filling up all the forms for it - simply superb
All in all nice experience... Hope to have similar experience for any post purchase issues...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its been one month we are facing hanging issues and its a brand new laptop even though we have raised the complaint again and again there is no such proper response from the team HP . They keep on draging the process and wasting our time and we got a email as "issue is resolved"we are surprised how come they send a mail as issue is resolved before getting any confirmation from us. unprofessional service which is not at all expected from HP. People be careful before buying HP Laptop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a laptop in 2017 which was supposed to be delivered to me but instead of the one that I selected this store send me a HP notebook in its place, even when I was talking to the guy incharge during my first visit he was trying to confuse me when I asked if the amount can be bit lessened after selecting the product. He said that they have discount offer on the product and when I asked how much less it'll be? He showed a figure on his computer screen which I was okay with and after checking out few other features of my new laptop when I asked him to make the bill he said he can compensate on RAM extention but when I asked him about his previous offer, he said "ma'am you are confused between product and system, I didn't offer any discount on product.". He flipped his answer within few minutes.
I tried calling couple of times to speak to them but they didn't answer and my work schedule was very hectic so I thought I'll use it since it looked promising, exactly after a year when the warranty period was over the battery began malfunctioning and had to be replaced.
