β β β β β This is not official hp service centre, so don't buy product from here assuming that this is official compney show room and service centre. I visit here for laptop battery issue in my warranty period they reply me we are not providing free service in compney warranty product, here it is chargeable. So people don't become to fool to buy product that this is official compney showroom n service centre

β β β β β They commit to give things on time but they don't. We have given time of Thursday but they didn't provide laptop on that day. Later on we got a call from the store and they said you can have your delivery from Maninagar. I am happy that I didn't bought the laptop from there or else it would be headache for at-least a year for the services. If sales is so bad how will they provide good service.

β β β β β They are good to sell the laptop,but when you have any issue they uper thier hands,i bought premium laptop from them with 5k extra price than the amazon in the hope to get good after sale service,but unfortunately it's my mistake,they are not providing after sales service,so what is the meaning of hp authorized store? Why repairing of the parts is not available?why we have to replace it if it is possible to repair?
Check the model there and if it is available on low price on amazon or flipkart please buy from their,bcz after buying from store you will get no service.they are here only to sell the products.

β β β β β I suggest not to buy any product from this store because sales person of this store is thinking he is only smart person. Also as per his thinking customers are coming to HP store for beg HP laptop. I never see this type of any arrogant Sales person in any store. He is spoiling reputation of HP.
