★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Such rude persons should be immediately barred from representing Hewlett Packard. If you do not wish to attend customers and do not have manners to talk to a client, better you shut down the store and stop attending customers calls.
When you call them for model enquiry, they talk rubbish and will challenge you to purchase products at a much lower price.
Why challenge a customer ?
Learn manners first how to entertain a customer, customer is more intelligent than you.
Muscle flexing will take you nowhere. Correct your attitude first.
I would suggest to stay away from such so called HP stores. I would not have a single star to them if there was an option.

1.)Salesman are not welcoming.
2.)They have no much knowledge about laptops.You have to research the product online for every aspect of the product.
3.)If you have to bargain the product then you have to talk the manager directly.Salesmans have not the right to bargain the product.
4.)Not much bargain here maximum 100 for me.If you have good communication and negotiation skill then I think the manager can discount up to 500rs.
5.)If you are paying by credit,debit card then they charges extra1% money.
6.)Not many chairs for many customers.The shop has always many customers (not many but average 3 people for one product) but the chairs are less.
7.)But This shop is better than online Shopping platform (Amazon, Flipkart,Tata Cliq).
8.) Customer service is good.
9.)They give the product along with bag,mouce,key guard, screen guard,
Cleaning kit for approx every product.
10.)My experience is overall good.
