★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No facility available. Shopkeeper are thief,they know only how to cut pockets of customers. We purchased a hp laptop . They firstly asked for 300 rupees more and then when we asked for accessories which are free with laptop . They just gave us a handbag of hp and said take this laptop which was packed we thought accessories must be inside the box . We checked and complained then said no accessories are free with these laptop and we talked to another hp showroom and tell them . They said they can give us a wireless mouse only and only when we give them 500 rupees more . Whereas headphone , mouse , screen guader, handbag and many more accessories are free .

I called on +917412030007 this number several times, the guy had same reply every single time, "I'm attending a customer, will call you later." He never called me back. Poor post-sales service. I need that duplicate invoice urgently.
