★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The company is very bad .They promise one thing and give different.They are useless and a type of fraud company .They have taken our money and didn't give the facilities they said after going to Shimla . The food quality is very bad ,even the drivers are not too cooperative .The hotel rooms didn't consist gyser .When we called them they didn't picked up the call .They have too much ego .Do not plan to visit Shimla with them .They will waste your money .Don't give your hard earned money .Think twice .Even the drivers demanded extra money in roads .They harressed us badly ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Google shows that this office as open on Sunday so we stepped on today, but came to it was closed today. It's kinda harassment that I had to travel 2 hours journey and then could see that closed. So I would suggest these all to be maintained well. Otherwise we general people would lose trust on govt. & on Google too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is very well located near the Chandni Chowk metro station. The building is old looking. The office is situated on 2nd floor. The appearance of the office is not very appealing. However, the stuff at the desk is very helpful. He provided information what is available and give a clear cut idea about the tour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed in many hptdc like rampur, kalpa, manali, palampur, mcleodgaunj, khajjiar, bharmour, dalhousie. Always I found the best place to stay at the town. Good hospitality, standard food. Overall satisfying experience & willing to stay with hptdc again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit difficult to find. There is a round board on the road outside. Easier to find by address and street name. Staffs inside are helpful and courteous. They give the tour brochure also. Atmosphere is okay inside. They can arrange one's Himachal tour as well, and solved my queries too.
However, I was not given any proper response when I asked about the designated Tourism Officer for meeting him directly, and to get a Card of his, as I generally do in my other tours.
