I wanted car, they took advance. The driver made us wait for almost 30 minutes and called us to another place and then he switched off his phone. They arranged another car and that driver called us at some another place and he made us wait for another 30 mins saying he is reaching us next 10 mins and by then we cancelled our plan because of the high heated summers and waiting on highway. The owner promised to manage the advance in next booking and till now I am struggling with him to get a car. He is just dodging it and now not even answering our calls.
So please beware before sending advance to them.
