स्टाफ को पता नहीं है कि मरीजों के साथ कैसा व्यवहार करना है। उनके पास विशिष्ट भारतीय अशिष्ट व्यवहार है। मेडिकल शिष्टाचार की कोई भावना नहीं है और मुझे आश्चर्य है कि कैसे डॉक्टर सभी रोगियों को एक साथ एक ही कमरे में अनुमति दे सकते हैं, कोई गोपनीयता नहीं है और उस कमरे में सभी रोगियों के भार के कारण बहुत सारी गड़बड़ी चल रही है।
मेरे पिताजी को एक नर्वस सोनोग्राफी करने वाले कर्मचारियों में से एक भी अशिष्ट था और यह नहीं पता था कि बुढ़ापे के रोगियों से कैसे बात करें। कोई व्यावसायिकता नहीं है।
इसके अलावा, रिसेप्शनिस्ट में, महिला फाइलों के प्रबंधन में बहुत खराब है। वह कतार में यादृच्छिक रोगियों की अनुमति देता है या उन फाइलों का गलत इस्तेमाल करता है जो वास्तव में उन लोगों के लिए अनुचित हैं जो दूर से आ रहे हैं।
मैं फिर यही कहूंगा। जब तक संगठन में एक मजबूत प्रबंधन प्रणाली नहीं है, तब तक डॉक्टर किसी काम का नहीं है या कोई मूल्य नहीं देता है।

 One of the worst experiences I've had to say in a hospital or in a clinic. I do not know how efficient a doctor is, but even if the doctor is in his best form, there is no value he is providing. This is simply because there is a zero management in the clinic.
Staff does not know how to treat patients. He has typical Indian lewd behavior. There is no sense of medical etiquette and I wonder how doctors can allow all patients together in the same room, there is no privacy and a lot of mess is going on due to the load of all patients in that room.
My father was also rude of one of the staff performing a nervous sonography and did not know how to talk to old age patients. There is no professionalism.
Also, in Receptionist, the woman is very poor at managing files. He allows random patients in the queue or misuses files that are actually inappropriate for those who are coming from far away.
I will say the same again. Unless the organization has a strong management system, the doctor is of no use or gives any value.

Staff do not know how to behave with patients. They have typical Indian rude behaviour. No sense of Medical etiquettes and I wonder how the doctor could allow all the patients all together in the same room, there is no privacy and also due to loads of all the patients in that room there is a lot of disturbances going on.
One of the staff doing a nervous sonography to my dad was also so rude and did not know how to talk to old age patients. There is no professionalism at all.

I would again say this. The doctor is of no use or does not provide any value unless there is a robust management system in the Organization.
