★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The competent Doctor for heart ailments. I can describe his quality better as i am in touch with him since mar 2012.
My mother got pacemaker implanted by him in 2012 at lotus hospital, agra, since then she is in his follow up. Despite being master in his field, he is very polite and listens his patient calmly.
His paramedical staff, specially in ICU is very competent and helpful. They take care admitted patient like a family member.
*USP of this hospital* - they write medicine for icu or private room patient and keep medicines with attendants., when staff needs any medicine for patient, they call u and take medicine in front of attendent and also use medicine in your presence and takes sign of attendent on paper what they use and give rest medicines to attendent.
Above all one can meet madam (spouse of doctor Dipak sir) for any issue or help, she is always there to sort out any issue and helps you in better way. She takes care of hospital management..
I recommend this hospital for heart problems, after all one is with an expert DM (goldmedalist) in cardiology.

I,m going to list what they do over there
1.THEY KEEP ON ASKING MONEY!!! they must have told us more for money than what the patient's state was
2. They didn't do any operation on my maternal grandmother when she was critical she had already got two heart attacks and they didn't take any action

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst experience... horrible staff from top to bottom. Dr Deepak is not a doctor, he is a killer. He killed my mother-in-law for the sake of money. He kept on asking for money from the day we admit her. And made lot of money but couldn't save her life. In the beginning he said she will be okay in three days and get discharge in three days and also he misbehaved with us. Very rude behaviour. shame on both of so called doctor. Please don't go and don't recommend this worst hospital to anyone.
