★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are the worst service partners to obtain Drug License.
They are charging very high than market rates and even they are unaware about the procedures.
I have applied through them. First they uploaded my documents without signature and seal. I had visited them for 3/4 times for doc submission. They attached all the files in wrong places. Asked me to submit the docs which are not even required. Everything has messed up. So I moved to other service partner and he did it in a single visit.
After I got my drug license they are asking me for fees again and again for such a useless work they did. I already paid 50% advance to them which is already higher than the market rates. We have initiated the process on Dec 30 and I received my license on 19 Feb that too after other partner involvement.
Very pathetic and unprofessional behaviour.
