★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are basically fraud. I repaired my HTC Desire 816 G. They took 6000/- for that but didnt provide any bill for the same. They gave an excuse that their printer is not working and they will send the bill through email. But after so many days I did not received any bill from them.
How would I know that if my phone is repaired for 6000/- or less if do not provide me any bill.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of all i want to dedicate ZERO Star rating to this HTC Service Centre staff.
My experince is worst here as i feel this place is filled with BUNCH OF CROOKS. These people doing nothing there just making stories and make you call them minimum 100 times to get your mobile back. For a charging usb only they told me that they need to import that from "Taiwan". My concern is A Brand "HTC" which is most popular in INDIA dont have small spare parts avialable here. It took around 20 days, 100 calls and several visits to get my phone. Even, these people are always ready to fight with client.
Never think to go there for any kind of repair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute worst service centre. Went to repair my HTC 828 dual sim phone and got in reply that the problem is due to liquid. My speaker is not working properly. And for that asking 2-3k money. Phone is under warranty. They give the same reason for every problem. I strongly suggest not to buy any HTC product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is by far the worst customer service experience I have ever encountered in my 21 years of living and breathing. I had submitted my phone for a simple battery replacement, and it has been more than 3 weeks since. All they do is make fake promises and give excuses like 'we are still waiting for the parts' and 'there were holidays in between'.
I'm not quite sure what these guys think they are doing, but they are certainly not providing any kind of service at their 'service center', maybe other than keeping your phones hostage.
The best part about their service is where they will actively NEVER pick up the god damn phone, monday through saturday. These people are one of the least professional bunch of living organisms you will encounter. And since you made the utterly retarded decision of buying the most difficult-to-repair phones on the planet, every local mobile repair guy will shriek in terror at the sight of a malfunctioned HTC phone and flat out refuse to even look at it. So they have a good system here - Make devices with poor quality control - user can't go anywhere else for repair - provide phony services - Profit????
Seriously, if you are considering giving your phone to them for a repair, you are better off ordering the parts off ebay and begging your local repair dude to repair it for you. Or try to throw it and see if it's a boomerang. Or anything else. But don't give it to these inept and lying scums, or you will probably never get it back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service center. The receptionist is a constipated faced, depressed lady. Fully uncooperative staff. None acknowledges you there. Every staff is disinterested. Before I told my phone's issue the lady started telling the price list. Please HTC if you want to maintain your market value please shut the center or through out the staff. I will give -10. They treat customers as if they are giving free care. Never ever in your life never, never, never go to this place. HTC please through out the staffs, specially the constipated lady. Give her some laxative while expelling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had problem with my google pixel ever since I bought the phone, camera not working, malfunctioning of apps, flash light, heating , network issue, Google have a service contract with HCL service center worse service center I have ever visited in my life, technicians have very poor knowledge, they keep your phone and do R&D however they manage to solve your issue temporary, after a month you end up visiting the service center again , and this has happened with me thrice in once year time as they were capable of solving the phone issues.
