It's time to upgrade to cashless payments. Please do something about that.
Overall it's a good experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst donne biryani tasted,when you open the gravy, it looks like pani puri water, I am wondering how they run the business without giving any value to the money we spent, trust me try bhuvaneshwari in RT nagar , it's good for decent food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've had the Biryani in the yelahanka outlet many times and this was the first time in the RT Nagar one.
The place is kind of situated in the basement, so it kind of goes unnoticed..
This is my first visit and these are my reviews.
Ambience : The place is clean and kept neat but there were a lot of houseflies which was a bit irritating.
Service : The service was good and quick. Almost got everything I ordered in a matter of ten minutes.
Food : I ordered Biryani rice, Kabab, Chilli chicken. The taste is of course the same across all the places, but the kabab was the best. Crispy outside, juicy inside. The chilly chicken was great with it being moderately spicy. Finished off with a glass of butter milk.
Would be better if they add a half boiled egg along with the Biryani.
The prices aren't too expensive and it's pocket friendly. Would visit the place again..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One good place to try the bengaluru style of biryani that is the donne biryani. Service is pretty good. I tried the mutton biryani and chicken kebab. The hot biryani just out of dum was delicious with right amount of masala and was served with sherwa and neat raita. Kebab was extra crispy and juicy. Have their butter milk after your meal . Loved the meal (:

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Authentic Donne Biryani is served here, we really liked Guntur Chicken !! Biryani was real good, however would have liked the biryani to be spicy, gravies and raitha to be thick, fresh and tasty. Mobile payments are acceptable at this place !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disappointment..!! Restaurant owners tried to flick my phone IPHONE.
Post having my meal, I left my phone behind and realized it once I reached home. Called the restaurant and they were like no mobile was left here, fortunately I had iwatch which automatically got connected to my phone. I rang the find my device alarm and found out my phone was kept hidden inside the kitchen on top of a fridge. These people didnt know how to turn off the mobile but had kept the phone on silent mode.
After finding the mobile, they were like we dont know and the cleaning lady might have kept it on the fridge.
Please note, you just lost a customer and dont you worry none of my people would be visiting your place going forward.
