★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely bad attitude of the salesman who was in the shop absolutely discourteous and did not even speak properly...... also we made the mistake of clicking a photo in the shop and one of the boy suddenly jumped on us to delete the photo where as it is nowhere written in the shop that you can not take a photo...... extremely bad experience recommend everybody not to visit the shop.....

Don't have sense how to talk to customer.
Extremely bad attitude of the salesman who was in the shop absolutely discourteous and did not even know how to talk to customer.
Although, the collection is very good, but if salesman is not good, collection will become worst.
Extremely bad experience recommend everybody not to visit the shop.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very horrible shop. The salesman is very rude. The prices are as high as delhi, lucknow. They don't give any discount. There are better shops on the same road and I would recommend going there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So I was in Khurja for 2 days and the only place where I had a terrible experience was in Humna handicrafts. Especially their Sales Staff Mr.Kamludin he has no manners at all how to even speak to a customer. Im surprised that for the last 4 years you people are getting bad reviews, not for your products but your Salesperson. Still, you guys are keeping the same people for the job which requires kindness and he is the exact opposite. I hope you guys seriously do something about it. And any tourist/client going to Human handicrafts please be careful about Kamludin ( go at your own risk).
