Really Very bad and cheap I ordered white forest and they gave a black forest which was not at all good for nothing!!

They have the best cakes in town. One must try death by chocolate.

Am waiting at Sec-19 shop..cake was supposed to be ready at 6 pm today..I myself came late by 6.30...still at 7 pm cake is not ready in the shop...very casual approach... Improve customer sensibility @7.30 still waiting for cake to be delivered... @ 7.45 still not delivered.. n they are least bothered to call proactively and update...since last one hour only I am calling continuously

First and foremost thing, my review is not about cake quality these guys offer coz more or less every cake shop offers the same quality. The difference what makes is that your attitude towards customer's, in which "Hybrid Cake Lounge - Kamothe" has failed miserably. It was almost shock of my life the way the lady at the counter treated me on 01July2019 at around 5.30pm - 6.00pm. I had ordered 3kg designer cake for my baby's bday well in advance. I went to their shop on 01July2019 at around 5.30pm - 6.00pm to taste the flavor I had ordered. First, that lady didn't had the said flavor pastry to taste and second she started saying that can we change the design which you have given and thirdly, she said you'll have to pay extra for fondane charges. All these three points triggered me, and I asked her in return that why didn't you tell me or contacted me before for all these things? Then she reacted in a very rude manner and harsh tone, as if she was doing the favor to me by taking my order. When I told her about her wrong attitude then she replied back saying that "your attitude is not right and coz I am asking for extra money that's why you are annoyed". To avoid unnecessary argument, which was going to get ugly, if I would have not controlled myself, coz she was all set to fight with me. Simply I told her to give her owners number, she refused and said "nahi dungi, jo baat karni hai mujhse karo". Then I told her to give my money back, again she refused in very wrong manner and said "Paisa nahi milega, jo karna hai kar lo". I told her that I will go to Police and complaint about this, then her response was "Jahan jaana hai jao, paisa nahi milega, aur hum yahan kaafi time se hain". All these statements and her utterly disappointing behaviour was a shock for me. I was not only feeling cheated but also harrased by that totally unprofessional and untrained lady. Still I stood there and asked for my return, then she called someone and went inside her kitchen to talk to them and came outside after 5-10mnts and returned my money. I didn't said a word further and moved from there. If any other person would have been there then surely they would have created the ugly scene and problem for that lady and for the shop. But my education and mannerisms didn't allow to do so. And that's the reason writing on this platform hoping that people will understand what I am trying to convey and if by chance their management gets chance to read my review then they should understand the consequences of keeping such people on the job, which will not only bring their business down but also can get them in big trouble. I will urge people, not to buy from such sick mentality shop, and show them the power of consumers, so that not only these people but others also get a lesson of misbehaving and mishandling customers.

Delicious Cake and pastry.. Lovely.. thrice in a month.. Amazing creativity and superb quality. You must go and taste. #Love

I ordered Roasted Almond with Chocolate Cake and it was very tasty... I always order from this shop.. very good service and cooperative staff.
