★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kabra builders hyde park thane has lauched ' f' building multiple wings from the ear 2015. All towers( almost 17 towers A1,A2,B1B2,C1,C2,C3,C4,C5,D1,D2,E1,E2,F1,F2F3,F4,F6 )are attached to only one small congested club house.
Club house maintainance is not done properly. gym equipments are age old.trade mill is not functional. There is no air conditioner in the gym.wall mounted fans are removed too.gym area is having wall dampness and leakage issue. Even after repeated request builder has failed to provide proper club house facilities.
Garden and park area is also shared in 14 towers. New buildings has elecronic elevator parkings due to shortage of space. Maintainance cost of flats goes high due to elevator parking.the old buildings have inadequate parking spaces and tenants has to park the car outside society premises.so its difficult to rent out the flat as no exclusive parking is available.
New buildings has leakage issues too. Water pressure of tmc supply is very low in all buildings so frequent water tankers has tobe order which further increases the monthly maintenance.
We take homes for convinienct stay. New buyers kindly beware of all the facts before investing your hard earned money in kabra group
