Food is mediocre compared to the pricing applied though take away was better because dining experience was not upto the standard as they didn't give water ? and I had to pay to get mineral water. Also though they have generous portions of rice and chicken, meat was not spicy enough for a biriyani

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Service is very slow. We were only two guests still took more than half hour to bring our order.
2. Masala papad had a very bed smell, like papad fried in oil which was in use for 2-3 days. Pathetic.
3. Biryani is not at all near to Hyderabadi dum biryani. Tasteless. I will advise not to go there if you want to know taste of Hyderabadi biryani.
4. If you order colddrink like coke or thums up then they will bring in very thin glass but not in air tight bottle which will result tasteless cold drink and then will also charge extra like 30 rupees for it which in glass size half then actual bottle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The location showed by Google maps is little wrong you may have to take help of locals. Ambience and décor is really good, I loved their menu book with creatives. Service is also upto the mark. Food is just so so not too good as I went to the restaurant after a huge praise by my friend. Budget friendly the rates are 250-400 per plate for any dishes although the quantity is worthy. Just a piece of suggestion food taste is only thing they should be working on...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Authentic hyderabadi biryani and haleem. Haleem was so so rich in taste, super yummy... mirchi ka salan could improve a little rest everything is awesome... go ahead and try it out...

Seriously disappointed with taste
No pros
worst haleem till now with highter price. No proper colour, no proper spices used.
In patthar ka gosht salt was too much.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The regular size Hyderabadi chicken biryani (which according to them serves 1-2 people) had only three strawberry-sized chicken pieces. When I called the hotel (Sarkhej branch), the person attending the call gave two possibilities in a very accusatory tone (who refused to give his name):
1. I might not be seeing right (which means there maybe pieces that are invisible)
2. The swiggy or zomato people ate some of the pieces on the way.
Extremely disappointed! Will never order here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience ever. Pathetic taste and service you will ever experience in any restaurant. They took almost 45 mins to serve food and no courtesy for the delay. Despite delivering bad services, the required tablewares were missing including glasses, spoon & fork they kept on arguing. Lastly, they denied to accept payment through card and mentioned they only accept cash or Gpay which could’ve been mentioned earlier or written somewhere to notify customers beforehand. Upon sharing my thoughts that they should’ve told us earlier about their payment method; to my surprise the manager kept on arguing with me as showed me the card swiping machine and told that its not charged!! I am not sure on which part i am more annoyed, the kind of behaviour or the bad service or the food taste (which was not at all Hyderabadi)!
Such a waste of time and money..
The management should seriously work on the staff training and hospitality etiquette which was sheer missing at this place. I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone. Really disappointed!!
