★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The owner ANKIT is a CREEP. He has CCTV
cameras in the building even in the halls. He sits
and watches his guests all day every day. There is
no privacy. My wife came out of an open heart
surgery and I had to shift her the next day because
of his rude an inhuman behaviour. He made sure
he took the entire amount in advance and then
started blackmailing us. I can't put more emphasis
on the fact that he creepily watches his guests at
every hour so BEWARE COUPLES. Attaching photos for reference of my kids.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Must try property, located at a good place with bar, malls, Pvr, metro all nearby. Property looks exactly the same as per the Images. Caretaker Vashisht bhaiya + 1 (Don’t know the name) is very helpful during the stay. Only issue which we had is TV but that’s a technology fault so giving 5 stars. Gate lock system can be upgraded to automatic instead of calling caretaker every time - this is the only thing which I feel can be upgraded. Must try veg momos (atta momos) is awesome in this property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There isn’t any option to give a 0 star review or I would’ve selected that. My mother and we were staying here, while the stay was supposed to be for a week we just rushed out after 2 days. The owner is a heartless fellow! We were scared not in the right set of mind and but this guy was like you can’t have visitors and the visitors were me and my brother. He wanted to just capitalise and earn money out of us. Took all the money cut visiting charges and didn’t give back us money that was exactly owed to us.
Medical travellers beware do not go here.
