Soo much disturbance due to room walls made of wooden.
Facilities were ok ok... Delay in services
Food was not that good..
Overall experience was not good.

Other junior staff ( probably watchmen or helpers ) picks up the phone especially at night and say no one is there to attend your call and then he keep on calling that reception guy who never pick his call. Rooms are ok. Bit small but clean. Food I never had so can't comment. Location is fantastic. Hotel is ok.

i have spend around 7 days in the hotel but i found they are very rude.
only the household staff behavior was good thats why i am giving 2 star,
but literary, Receptionist staff was always have a attitude like he is owner of the hotel.
Never Recommend this hotel to my colleague or any partner,
please Hyphen look into this. Thanks.
