Less than 4 minutes how can anybody decides the candidate is suitable or not? And without asking a single technical question ??
People come for interview by taking a leave from current company, please don't do like this.Value others time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude Management.My notice period two months Salary not paid by Management.I have taken follow-up for Salary since last two months.But they don't bother it.Request to new employees dont join these organization sit at home and relax or join another cultural organization.
