β β β β β The company is running this service centre most probably at a rented property. The service centre is located inside the campus of an abandoned cold storage. I booked my service, they confirmed my booking, but when I reached the place the gatekeeper refused to open the gates. Hyundai service centre was written on the gate, though. While confirming my booking the Hyundai employee told me on phone to take my car inside the cold storage campus. Here, the gatekeeper seemed to be an employee of the cold storage or the landlord. Hyundai seems to be a tenant here. The gatekeeper also misbehaved and looked drunk. I waited about half an hour while the driver of my car kept the car parked at the gate to request the employees of Hyundai again and again to resolve the matter. They also looked helpless. Such a disgusting experience. Hyundai should have settled things with the owner of the property before starting the business here. The customers are not expected to wait at the gate when the tenant settles the deal with the landlord. After waiting at the gate for half an hour in the rain i finally decided to move out of the place never to go back again. Nor would I ever recommend anyone to visit this for any purpose.

It will be more better for you and your car to it keep in the situation it is and don't give for service to Bengal Hyundai Service station and specially chinsura branch.... They kept my car for 20 days and still at the time of delivery car was Not ready and I have to wait for 4 hours, missed my flight and most importantly if you are convinced with there words they will tell to replace all the spare parts of you car by telling it's ruined but, the old parts I get it checked in other workshop they guided me than it was okay was not necessary at all to be replaced.
They are not here to provide service, rather they are making bill and business out of.... I still could have been satisfied after paying such huge amount if the car was in good condition but after service it has become more worse...
Here service means Just replace it with New parts!!
In whatever condition the vehicle is in,
If you install new parts, initally it will work good.. and we think they have done good service and actually they made great money out of you.

They are just destroye the name of hyundai..
Local garage are better then this service station
If you love your car, if you given value your time & money then don't go here for any kind of services..
1.Cleaning & washing- most unprofessional worst & dirty cleaning & washing services they are provided.
After 1 st services (feb2022) I feel really pathetic.
Inside the car interior each door part had spoted clay & mud ..the wash man using one ordinary (wish are not using truck driver to clean their car) dirty cloth to clean all part of the car ..due to that small scratch mark in the new car.
Now once again same thing happened with me.
2.Body shop- I was given my car to repair @small dent & scratches.
They take 10 days to repair..but when I was received my car I noticed they dent removing spot are visible. & the joint line was not matched. When I told them they request me to give them the car for a few more days to resolve the matter(also they writen committed to me given the petrol which was used to send the car to dankuni body shop which around 80 km up & down & free washing& Cleaning)..again after 6 days when I was received the car I was seen the problem is not solved fully..they told me not possible match the fenderline joint.
Again I faced the worst Cleaning services.
They told me that they are given 3 lit petrol but display shows 5 km to empty..(but when I was given them car the display shown 87 km to empty).it clearly indicate their lie..

β β β β β Sales experience was good. Service is absolute disaster. Service persons here are simply cheater. I will advice people to avail service from other Bengal Hyundai centers. They does simple cleaning and give you a bill of 4k for doing nothing. I wanted fix my wheels balance they told they will fix it. After they gave back my car I saw the same problem exists. Then they told they don't have machine to fix and asked me to go to some appolo shop to get fixed. I mean common , wheel balancer is very basic fix every sevice center have. There are no service man. Worst Hyundai service centre ever. Please go to any other service centre of you care for your car and money. Horrible!
