★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely pathetic experience. While I had given my car for a windshield change, there were scratches and dents made on the Bonet, faulty rubber placements and paint issues. Had to make 4-5 trips to the place over a period of 2 weeks to get things done. Highly against recommending. Please try some other workshop in the city for Hyundai, there are other much better options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They commit a lot of things but the service is pathetic. I have had servicing in other service centres but this was my first experience with Bengal Hyundai
I had given my car for a overall servicing and paint job.
Negative points:
1. The paint has seeped all over the window pane and insides of all enclosure
2. One door handle was painted, while the others were not
3. Car mats had been swapped with someone else's
5. My car is taking more time to go from ignition to start
6. It's squeaking while pushing brakes
7. Journeys are no longer smooth
Positive points:
1. Car came in one piece
Conclusion:
If you love your car and want to enjoy the smoothness, I would suggest not to take servicing from here

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad behaviour by the manager. They have only one person for managing breakdowns. They give false information when service is requested. Overall a very bad place. Would not recommend anyone to go to this workshop

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolute frauds and bunch of cheats. Misleading the customers and giving wrong diagnosis is their habit, so that they can charge exorbitant amount for money for minor defects from their old and loyal customers. Worst ever experience. Will never ever go to this service station again.
