★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience with Hyundai , I have given my car for replacing back bumper and it took around 13 days to just replace the bumper. I had to follow up every time with advisor and i never received any update from advisor him self. I was surprised to see my meter reading. My car was drived 20 km during the time it was in workshop. When i asked this to advisor he did not give any proper justification on who and why drove my car for 20 km (Reading 2753 when i given my car and when i took my car from there it was 2772 ) when i just asked to replace the back bumper. Second surprise when i tried to start my car it was not started though its a new car bought on 31st Dec 20. After lot of inspection mechanic found that one wire is removed near the engine. We can't trust hyundai service center and their advisor as i had a very bad experience. I am worried these guys might have changed internal parts of my car. Hyundai has to justify this who and how my car drove for 20 km. Bumper is not aligned properly and in zig zag position. Very very bad experience ever with Hyundai Bohra Services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst experience while buying a car was definitely with this brach . We bought a creta top model but trust me the sales executive was the worst you can ever have an encounter with . She did not know how to talk , she made a mistake of 1 lakh ruppees while quoting the price . At the time of delivery there was a delay of 3 hours and above everything the person was arrogant as hell . Trust me try other branches don't even come here . They don't respect the customer at all.
