★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently got my i20 services there. I was entertained by Ashok Nagar. He explained everything very nicely. We went for a short drive to check the noise etc, he checked the service history before telling me the estimated service cost and total bill amount was almost the same. Car was delivered on time, nicely serviced and cleaned.
Overall an excellent experience..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had my car serviced at Dev Hyundai last week. I would sum up my experience as pretty good. The staff was very helpful. ?
The mechanics were very good in fixing most of the problems. The workshop was not fully functional because the parts store wasn't ready yet. I think the workshop area was a bit small (compared to other service center). ? My favourite part of the whole experience was the washing area. Fully automatic wash with that water recycling system. Very impressive. ? Also, the detailers did an amazing job in finishing the car.
The only thing not so impressive was that due to lack of space, someone took my car outside just after finishing while I was paying the bill. It was all covered in dust. ?
Although they cleaned it again, it wasn't the way it was earlier. Also, I had an issue with the music player which they weren't able to diagnose. Still waiting to hear from them about that. ?
In the end, they offered me a good discount on the labour charges which was very appreciated. I would like to recommend you to try this. There is also nice customer waiting lounge from where you can watch your car. ?
