More than the services to offer they are only bothered in how to manipulate the customers to get the best ratings, no matter whether the issues are addressed or not. No value for customer's time and money. Two months of calls and follow-ups with the staff but still waiting for the work to be done. They never run out of excuses. Even ONE star is more for the services they offer.
