★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to be more customer centric. This is HSAC thus has some disadvantage when it comes to warranty, Hyundai insurance cashless etc hope Hyundai motors will look into this.
Finally after the involvement of owner things went smooth. Appreciate the good work

My car had broke on a highway 48, the time since I called this service center till they picked my car and fixed my car, my overall experience with them was very satisfying. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sharing my experience we were having breakdown of our car they came ,towed the car by my own pocket to their workshop ,they told very small job car will be ready,they renewed spare parts but not shared any info regarding major things,when doing test drive found car was not up to the mark when asked abt that they told everything fine when asked on detail then told some more work to be done we told ok ask for spares gave time for them after two days again asked abt spare status ,simply they told not ordered ,then we came back to pune and renewed all related spares,but because they not told properly I have to spend twice for same job.thus is purely carelessness.
