★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for a very small job. Changing battery terminal. Contacted over phone around 11 in the morning. The part was not available at delhi but was available at Gurgaon. Within an hour they told we will deliver the parts from Gurgaon to Delhi and by 2.30 the work is completed. Hats off to the team for such quick resolution. Made my day. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Key elements important from customer service pov like centricity and respect appears to be lowest this time ever in last few years, quite saddening. Seems it is encouraged at middle and top levels and making money has higher relevance than retaining customers.
Encountered repetitive issues this time which can be assumed as inefficiency or poor construct quality of the vehicle(Hyundai Creta)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Petrol quality is good... Staff is courteous....not giving 5 star as it's cramped, primarily because of location of compressed air filling. And yes no free nitrogen filling.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service centre. They never do proper checking of list given by hundai service booklets.
They simply wash the car well and returned as fully serviced. More over technicians are too lazy to do work. In name of service the only wash car well and return. Completely waste of money if anyone go for paid service. and they are taking time for car wash and not satisfied with work and not maintain first in first out they maintain only brotherhood.
