★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been to enquire and return my products, my experinec was good, staffs are polite. Mr thomas explains well. But i suggest not to go for Iball products, returning the products if you dont want is really a mess. You dont get a refund. But other than that the service and everything is perfect. No complaints for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a very good experience here. I visited this service center as my Bluetooth headphone had some problem. They immediately replaced it, as it was under warranty.
Also, the location, it's easy to find. Few miles away from town hall bus stop.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought iBall brace X1 tablet, and from the day I bought there was one or the other problem with the tablet, speaker was not working and got it repaired, now the touch panel is not working. Visited their service center across banglore, very pathetic and least bother to listen to customers. And they say that leave the product here and when the product arrives then we will let you know, but not sure about when the product will arrive and when they will fix it. That's terrible it goes months or yearly. Finally u have to forget the product and loose your interest.
I recommend people do not go for iBall, they hardly care their customers once one buys their products. No proper service center and no proper response from service center. I regret buying this tablet and wasting my hard earned money. Totally waste of money in buying their product. It's very difficult to get defected accessories of them and it cost you more. I don't want to give even 1 start as they don't deserve that also.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First they called me to collect the laptop, I went and was told called by mistake please come after 3 days. Travel time wasted 2 hours
After 3 days, when I collected my laptop, when I went home and took out my laptop from my bag. I noticed screw is missing.
Very poor service. iBall needs to keep them in check
