★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dhanesh handled the issue responsibly. I called him at 7am and he responded well , came to pickup the laptop and gave home delivery as well. He explained me the issue in detail and was reasonable to charge. After receiving the laptop back , the quality is visible and i am pleased that it appears as if the issue didn't happen at all. Thanks Dhanesh.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE....MY LAPTOP RAM WAS MISSING AFTER THEIR SERVICE...I had 6 GB RAM and had given it to them for laptop power related issue. After I got it back home the power issue was solved but it only had 2GB left out of 6GB. When I opened it, I found one RAM slot empty. My laptop has 2 RAM slots. He said he never opened the 2nd RAM slot. Now I have ordered new RAM. I can understand that sometimes parts get misplaced while servicing, but completely denying the fact is utterly unprofessional. He also said he will arrange for some other second hand RAM, which he didn't. I gave them my system for servicing only and only based on positive reviews I found on Google, but my personal experience was harrowing, and I will never recommend them to anybody

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Over charged with ZERO work done.. jst for diagnosing dat issue is with my hard drive (Whch could be done easily from Dell recovery) I paid 350.. he didn't connect the lappy charger properly evn after telling him and since it was showing red light as battery was low he told me it's d issue with my battery..

Device works completely fine ..Trust worthy service. Even the rates are better than others and doesnt fools you like others . Recommended too those who have any issue with thier devices ✌️
