★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am chimanbhai sindha retired principal of municipal school board vadodara. I have operated for both eyes cataract surgery with good vision, good support. All staff of hospital are very kind including Dr. Nita Mehta. She had 24 years experience in her field.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not satisfied with her treatment, she is so rude and can't give judgments properly, Takes so much time even for the minor treatment.
Think twice before going to her clinic, Very disappointing she insulted my father.
Kadam eye hospital and roshni eye hospital (dr. Jigisha) is highly recommended and they are far far better than nita mehta(i care hospital).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctor is good in her work, but she used to consult the patients on the basis of gujrati and non gujrati only. If you ask anything to dr she will judge on the basis of you either gujrati or non gujrati . Today when some questions are asked to the doctor regarding the eye operation, she replied that you will not understand as you are non gujrati. Instead of making us understand she debate that you will not understand as you are non gujrati. So bad experience. Only visit this if you are ready to tolerate the bad behaviour of doctor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife had phaco surgery in this hospital on both eyes with interval of 7 days.Dr. Shah is a well experienced doctor for eye treatment. We had good experience of treatment, staff was very cooperative . After treatment service found equally good. We recommend to all to do eye treatment here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom’s operation was done before 2 weeks and after than Doctor gave this Lacrigel to add drops in both eyes & we started adding that and my mom started facing some issues in eyes so we checked the expiry date and we were surprise that how irresponsible that hospital and doctor is that the tube was expired and still they told us to add the drops 2 times a day. The hospital, Staff and Dr Nita Mehta all are irresponsible people they have very very bad attitude also. If you are going on the first visit as a fresh patient then they will behave in a proper manner but as soon as you pay the amount to them then they show there real face. All the staff also have bad attitude. Everyone will misbehave with you. And as an hospital owner Dr Nita Mehta I am surprised that she even don’t care for her patients. We visited twice after the operation and every time she has just scolded my mom, because my mom told that she is having pain in right eye. DO NOT VISIT ICARE HOSPITAL OR DO NOT CONSULT DR NITA MEHTA if you love you family members. We did a mistake but you don’t do it. Also do check your medicines if you Received from hospital as they don’t check the expiry date. If you are visiting this hospital visit at your own risk.
Doctor if you are reading this please improve yours and your staff attitude and do ask your staff to check the expiry date of your medicines as an doctor you can’t keep expiry medicines at your hospital. You or yours staff don’t have right to play with your patients. You are not doing it for free please keep this in mind.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dont have respect for time. Do surgery during visiting hours. Staff behaves very rudely. Waiting time is more than 1 hour every time. Hospital have no idea how to manage time. Person on reception is always busyv and behaves rudely.
