Reception is good he helped and connected to Nalasopara site.
But when I called Nalasapora Ayan residency, they kept me on hold and after some time they told me that call after 10 mins.
When I called they where reluctant to give much information and hence I visited there site.
After I visited they where like all the flats are sold out to some investor.
But the sales Team of Doodhwala is selling flats on behalf of there investor, which is very strange to me as I have never seen builder selling for the investor.
In a under construction 11 tower site how all the flat are sold out I am not able to digest.
One more thing which they told is the agreement value for a flat worth 28 lakhs will only be 15 lakhs and rest they need in Cash as they will have to pay more tax if we pay kn white.
Sales team is pathetic, they are least bothered to explain anything. They will send a office boy to showcase the Show flat and the office boy will have only one answer for all the query that he don't know anything sales team will answer the query.
Sales office and site is in same premises but the sales team is too busy to show the flat and they will send office boy who don't have much knowledge.
