Look out for Mr. Xavier (Ex Mr Bangalore ), his support and approach toward fitness is pretty raw powered and heavy duty.Weight range is good. Sufficient number of plates. Machines are belted and pretty supportive staff as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly recommended! trainers here are very helpful. Equipped with massive range of equipments that are rarely available at other places. I’ve opted in for PT within in a week of joining and doing quite well interms progress. I must admit that trainers here are very polite known for their professionalism. Raju and Xavier the best!

By mistake wore slippers and entered the gym. suddenly the owner Mr Khadar came and tortured like he robbed cash from the gym...!
I do want anyone to join this gym coz
Staff is not helpful. No good behaviour very rough staff THUUU...
I am so frustrated with the behaviour of the owner and his staff and left the gym.
Please ? guys don't ever think of going to this gym...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This Gym offers a holistic approach to stay fit. A wide range of machines & fitness equipment available at this gym can make anyone join plus the subscription/membership is pocket friendly. Above all the timings 24/7 suits for all office goers.
The trainers Xavier sir & Raju sir are humble. They listen to your goal, study your body, and suggest the workouts best suits you. My trainer Xavier sir encourage me to possess a "Commit to be fit" mindset. He invariably does some killer result-oriented workouts so do by Raju sir to other members.
Joining this gym has changed my impression of fitness. Fitness is not limited to have a good physic. Fitness brings in motivation, confidence, courage, and a true killer of mediocrity. Essential ingredients to drive our life.I would recommend all "must join" this Gym. Return of investment viz. time, money & effort would be high-yielding.

tools are very bad, trainer's do not know anything, only they are behind girls, they will only help girls that to wrong exercise,
after reading this if you want to join here, ask demo for 15 days and see if you fill even 5 people are fit then you can join.
total waste of money, i left in 1.5 month after paying 1 year fee.
can't compromise with fitness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When you join, then they promised moon but after that their trainers never help in training. Just 3 days after start asking more money for coach help. Fees already paid 2000 per month and they promised everything including personal training but after 3 days, again asking more bucks for personal training. Not recommending.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best gyms of BTM 2nd Stage. I have never found this place heavily crowded even during the peak hours! The gym is well equipped and all the machines properly maintained. The trainers are very helpful when it comes to workouts and are always available. Best part about the gym is that it never closes!
