This's to let you know guys that I had following issues after buying the product from you...
* Delay in the product
* Not proper alignment / installation
* Still the installation done properly
Called so many times however not got resolution yet.. Your fitter thing as if he's doing "Beneficence".. If you would have done your job in the first go, I wouldn't have to run behind you. It's harassment for me now so I have decided to reach out consumer forum in regards to this. We can sort this problem legally..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased king sized bed, while purchasing they said it is of pure plywood, but the material is cheap mdf, after some time of use the material got broken into pieces and the mdf sheets were bent.
Very worst quality and not trust worthy, I purchased for 28k, but in local market it is not more than 15k for that material

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UNETHICAL. FRAUD. I had purchased a sofa for Rs.47,727/- in Dec 2018. Customers have to pay full amount as per their policy which I did. The product delivered was torn from one corner beyond repair. I've been following up for this for a year but clearly they do not have any intention to give service. The way Shalini (owner) has changed color is shoking. Please avoid. Very UNETHICAL and ARROGANT. There sales person are also leaving.And there shop has shifted to a smaller premises. TROUBLED COMPANY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We bought a sofa set a year back and in a few months the sofa covers have started fading at certain places and the thread of the cushion covers have been giving way too. When we reported this and after multiple follow ups they sent a person to take a look but never heard back from them. After again following up with them they just washed their hands off saying sofa & cushion covers are not under warranty. We know it's not under warranty but why sell such a cheap quality product in the first place. Totally dissatisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I HOME is a beautiful furniture store with contemporary and elegant pieces.. We bought a lounger which was customized as per our room size and to go live with our interior.. It was awesome feeling to deal with the staff specially Anshu who will make you feel comfortable while you are doing your selections and Mr Ghanshyam can obviously guide you with his suggestions owing to his experience.
Furniture was delivered on time and a small service change which was required was catered to in a day..
We can vouch for their sophistication in their products and their customer relationship management.
Will definitely buy my other pieces of furniture from them and would recommend to all my acquaintances.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchcased a three plus two plus one sofa and dinning table from the store. Overall its ok but the fabric of three seater is damaged and they have said they would replace it in 8 days. Also i see that the chair has some finishing issues but overall it is ok. Waiting for the replacement of damaged backrest of three seater
