★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price is cheaper than other places but buy your items at great risk. The staff that stock food use pins and toothpicks to puncture all packed items. This is particularly dangerous during the COVID time and in general, bad hygiene. They continue to do this despite telling them not to do it. No formal complaint given yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap Place. All male workers were torn lungies and stare at women customers. Every aisle has two watchman who keep staring at you like you are a thief ( This clearly shows what type of customers come here ). No customer service every one speaks only Tamil and have no Kannada speaking workers. This company must be reported to Karnataka Rakshana Vedike (KaRaVe).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a good place for discounts. Not much discounts on cereals, pulses, or any cooking items. They have good discounts on other items. Not a busy place. Hence we don't hv to stand hours together in a queue for paying formalities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thy hv good quality groceries,all the products r good here, If v bill above 2k thn thy do home delivery.All time v hv received good quality food/groceries/household things but once v received few perished groceries by mistake v called n informed them thy only came to home n picked d grocery n replaced with new one ..I really appreciate that service bcz at that time I was busy with my office wrk n didn't hv time to get exchange d grocery..thank you fr your support i-mart... Finally I'm a happy customer .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really very very helpful and courteous staff. We where shopping and my wife had immediate dizziness and vomiting. This ppl where so helpful in coordinating water and plastic bag to avoid any inconvenience. Really appreciate their way to caring for the customers.
