Worst user experience and also the behaviour of employer's towards customers is not responsive .. don't care and adamant attitude for the customer.. Your employees are just like your services worst and unprofessional...would never recommend you! Not worthy for value and zero appreciated ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I strongly recommend not to use their service, the worst service I have ever seen. It's been 1 month and each day they just say they will come tomorrow for wiring and end the topic. Highly recommend not to use their service.They don't even deserve one star.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ion is the worst internet service provider.I got a connection in Gangapur road which is the middle of the city with the highest speed possible.i couldn't work from home as the internet abruptly goes down causing disconnection with my remote computer.I have complained multiple times, but no one takes any action.One person came to our house when power was out and went back.They dont do anything to improve there service.Please someone provide us good internet service in this area

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst internet service. You won't get one sec to use if the package is over but if you recharge it every day approx. 4 to 5 hrs a day net won't be there. If you call the customer service no. She says we don't have guys they r on leave daily same reasons . If you will ask them managers no. "They will say it's no allowed " . Firstly they won't provide service and if we want to complaint they r not ready to listen.

If you purchase ion wifi this will be the biggest regret of your life.
I’ve purchased 150 mb/ps plan and I get hardly 10 mb/ps and most of the time the wifi doset work! Very bad facilities from ion

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You guys give pathetic internet service. Atleast value your customer's time. And the attitude your employees have towards the customers, harming your brand value. They don't even know how to speak with the customer. Zero professionalism! Zero responsiveness! NEVER EVER USE I-on Internet service. There are many best options available in market nowadays.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad customer service. Once line is disconnected will take 2 3 days to connect. The day i am writing this review today the line is disconnected and i am trying to reach customer service from last 2 days i couldn't reach a single executive yet. I will suggest BSNL broadband instead. I-On internet is my worst mistake ever.
