IT Super Specialty Hospital, a unit of Hometown healthcare Pvt.Ltd is located near JN medical college Zakaria Market, Medical Road, Aligarh. The Hospital is an active treatment facility operated under the direction of a highly experienced and qualified Board of Directors. ITSSH have 140 beds capacity, out of which 30 beds are under critical care units, such as  ICU, NICU, CCU.

ITSSH provides services in various specialties namely Spine Surgery, Anesthesia, critical care medicine, Gynecology, Orthopedics, Internal medicine, general surgery, obstetrics, paediatrics, cardiology, neurology, psychiatric, diagnostic imaging, laboratory services, 24 hrs emergency and ambulance service. Many more services are in future pipeline. In addition, the Emergency Department has a full-time qualified doctors.

ITSSH also provides advanced imaging technology includes digital mammography, CT scan.

IT Super Specialty Hospital is the largest provider of hospital services has been designed as a tertiary care multi-specialty facility having a capacity of 70 beds operational in Phase-I.

Other community provided at ITSSH include cardiology investigations, a wide range of diagnostic imaging procedures, laboratory, diabetic education, nutrition, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, speech and language pathology, pulmonary function testing, holter monitoring, stress testing, ECG, and social work. An active ambulatory care program is maintained and includes day surgery and outpatient pediatrics.
