★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a review of about 6 months experience and honestly it wasn't a good experience at all. Even worst experience.
First of all I was joined in Designing team with quote that there will be a hike after 6 months and onwards after one complete year , the ambiance was good staff was good but when someone from company about to complete his/her tenure for appraisal suddenly company got short with funds and this is not enough I got to know that they hire people for their projects like me. I was hired and at that tym amble amount of work was there we even extend shifts and give our 100% but suddenly when my appraisal time occur they send me an email stating that due to process ramp down we need to execute some employees.... Means what kind of gesture is this?
I would only advice to the joining aspirants for IApp that pls keep a back-up job ready bcoz don't know when they will be having issues regarding funds or their projects completed... because after that they will send you an email to gud bye without having any quality or work related issues. Management was very poor.
