★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Feelings awesome just window walking in vinayak plaza and see authorised reseller store in varanasi so I enter the store and hands on apple live gadgets premium iphones pads & macbook also. Staff was very polite and detailing me the knowledge of apple products.

It's a bit understaffed so you're left on your own for quite a bit of time and really poor attitude of most of the salesmen( not all) because they don't really tell you much about the product.
Like they aren't really interested in selling cause it's apple and you'll buy it anyways or do whatever you want sort of behaviour. This needs improvement as Apple products can be bought elsewhere also. Most stores of oneplus and all have really trained salesmen with good customer skills and product knowledge.
These bad salesmen sort of spoilt my experience of buying such a premium device in-store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought ipad pro from here but the attitude of the people selling Apple devices was very poor. They seems to be salesman who do not have any knowledge of how to deal with their customer satisfaction. The store had all almost all the devices of apple and it is the only store of apple present in Varanasi right now. It is located in Vinayak plaza. When you will go to other stores of apple like Indiaistore or unicorn you will find professional attitude. I hope this store also develops good attitude.
