Great store & great Experience.The staff is well maintained, good knowledge about the products & they are proactive for any circumstances. Felt great to visit over here.

The customer service representative gave me a thorough walkthrough of all the available options. They also offered me an additional student discount on the retail price. Great experience! Overall, they have a good variety of Apple products available in the store.

Had booked an iPhone 13 on 21-01-2021 - Under Scheme of 10% Less (= 8000/-).
After 10 days store announced another new scheme of flat 5000/- Off.
Now store is saying that if you convert your booking to 5000/- off scheme you can get the delivery else wait (allready 25+ days have passed).
Store is claiming that Apple has sent only the phones which were booked in 5000/- scheme and not which were booked under 8000/- scheme.
Where as Croma has allready delivered as promised - the iphone.
So if Croma is getting the phone why iAvenue apple authorised center not ?

This is way better service when compared to iVenus where it is hard to get even two minutes of time from staff.
Here I was able to follow the progress of my order and got personalised care and attention throughout the process.
