Had booked an iPhone 13 on 21-01-2021 - Under Scheme of 10% Less (= 8000/-).
After 10 days store announced another new scheme of flat 5000/- Off.
Now store is saying that if you convert your booking to 5000/- off scheme you can get the delivery else wait (allready 25+ days have passed).
Store is claiming that Apple has sent only the phones which were booked in 5000/- scheme and not which were booked under 8000/- scheme.
Where as Croma has allready delivered as promised - the iphone in 8000/- off scheme.
So if Croma is getting the phone why iAvenue apple authorised center not ?
Making a fool of customers.
Beaware of this Scam Showroom!
