★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disgusting, very disappointing, i took my Iball guard CCTV DVR for repair, which i installed 4 months back, the service centre staff kept me awaiting for more than 2 hrs, nd den finally they said because of missing serial no. They cudnt register my device. There were only 3 girls (untrained) working nd i think they have more than 15 companies tie up. The incharge of centre was busy in taking interview for job placement. I am very disappointed the way they deal with customer. Requesting IBALL company to provide good service centre in jalandhar

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They take almost more than months to repair your product even if your product is under warrenty and also take extra fees by telling any reason by themselves so be aware ,they don't understand your problem and also don't let you speak they are corrupt.and before taking your product back from here pls check your product deeply.and if u agree or such thing happen with u pls comment below
