Height of the tower
Valet Parking
Cons :
No Visitor parking
Surrounded by slum on 2 sides.
Hardly any amenities.
Swimming pool & kids area is a mere formality just to show as a tickoff item. No garden, jogging track or leisure space
Extremely high maintenance (Rs. 18000 approx)
Most flats unoccupied and are in raw condition
DO NOT trust and give token to a few agents who have high influence in this building (so called sole selling agents). Even if the deal is agreed, they will not hesitate in raising their hands or going back on their words if someone else shows interest in the flat.
No logical pricing for any floor. Its like a horse race betting game
Overall :
You will have a very bad experience with the people who deal in this building flats and you will never gain that comfort inspite of spending your lifetime of savings
