HR Management of IBM India need to take necessary action to introduce to and cab facility.

- Security is also not co-operative. They drag the bikes and attach all to accommodate more bikes.
- Building is also very pathetic from inside.

Advice to HR Management, please take this issue very seriously.
There is cab facility throughout the city in Pune for even very small companies...IBM is a very big company but not having cab facility, please never think of cost reduction for providing basic facility for the employees.
Request HR Management of IBM India please take the necessary action.
For Bangalore / Hyderabad it's ok to take such decision, but pune is like a desert place where there is more scarcity of public transport, if we are travelling from Pimple Saudagar to IBM Hadapsar by ola cab one side it will take min. 450 Rs.
For to and fro it will be 900 Rs per day.
Please think of this very small issue for the sake of employees.
People development is first, that to providing basic and necessary things for the woman employees is must.
