★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic experience. I live in 5 mins distance from ICAI .So I went directly to ICAI to ask about the course and the process to register and enroll for IT and OT Training. The receptionist was very rude and for each of the question she will refer to website only as . Don't know how ICAI has employed such an rude and unprofessional employee for the purpose of front desk receptionist. If you are are thinking to go and ask physically in the office then I would suggest you to not to waste your time as you will only get the answer of check online . I have even seen before that the two elderly parents who came to ask about some queries, she behaves rudely with them as well. not all the people have the knowledge of the entire course so ICAI should definitely look into it. I literally had to say that she need to mind her tone the way she was speaking and I am asking what she is obliged to do. Very poor experience. Not worth one star.???????????????????????????????????????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beautiful building with lots of space and cafeteria at the second floor. The only disadvantage of this building is it's location which is far from main city. It takes almost 1.5 hrs to reach here from Russell street office. Also one have to walk appx one kilometer from the main road Acropolis mall to reach here.

No help support is availble. No one is picking the call they are cheaters... Took 5000 rs and ignoring students... PLEASE DO NOT REGISTER HERE FOR IT/OC OR ADVANCE IT/OC.
