★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ICB FLORA is a residential flat complex.It has lifts, parking space inside playing area but everything is quite smaller and has less space if compare it with Godrej garden city.
Entrance is also not well maintained.but outside and inside lift has camera security..
Outside ICB Flora has many shops to purchase daily essentials and other items.
overall average place to purchase flat or to live on rent in area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ICB flora is one of the most demanding place to live or rent after the continuous development since 4 -5 years.
It has a large sitting and playing space which I didn't get anywhere around gota area. Sometimes water issue is there. Sometimes Cleanliness issue is there. But overall better place to live. All needs shops are around the society. No need to go far away for your daily needs. All events are hugely celebrated here. Espacially navratri.The beauty and decorations of lawn doesn't look less than a party lawn.
Big screen theatre is also at few steps walking distance.
Overall I can say it's better than godrej garden city and savvy swaraj like big societies. And the best among all the societies near in whole Gota at least.
